I did. I think I picked up the sniffles over the weekend and then on Monday saw some people who were also sick. Meh.

But that icon is distracting me from my current state of semi-asphyxiation.

That's exactly what I was going to suggest! I find sticking my towel draped head over a sink filled with water and a few drops of Eucalyptus oil helps me a lot when I'm really congested. Or, mix it with a dab of lotion and rub it under your nose (that's the vicks vap-o-rub equivalent-I don't like to use vicks because it's sticky and chemically). Not the most glamorous of remedies, but I find they work temporarily. :)

I like using Tea Tree aswell, much milder. If you put it on your neck or wrists (like perfume) it's nice too.

Not too sure how they cured Athsma on lost with it though, athsma isn't a congestion really.
