Who's just watched the latest Lost episode?  Are you just as confused as I am? And poor Sayid!!! Boy, is he having a bad week.

I think that raised more questions than answers!

But I have to say, I LOVE the golf course idea -- absolutely brilliant!

And the Jack - Kate - Sawyer dynamics... priceless(Two weeks to wait for the next episode is ( Read more... )

I know!! The mysteries just keep coming. Truly, this episode raised so many questions that I can't keep track of them all.

I've been enjoying the boards over at The Fuselage, especially the VIP boards. I ran across an interesting piece of information which spawned a theory that's been swimming in my head most of the day. I'll be posting about it on my blog later tonight or tomorrow.

And, two weeks is far too long to wait for another episode. Don't these people realize that Lost is an addiction. I need a weekly fix. I neeeed it!!

I blame the pilgrims. They had some book of prophecies that allowed them to create a pointless holiday that would inflict us not only with banal family gatherings but make us have to wait an extra two weeks for a new Lost ep.

It's a conspriacy!!!

BTW, love that icon. They make such a cute pair. And Emilie de Ravin has an adorable giggle.

Thanks! There are shinier ones out there, but I'm pretty proud of what I did with it. Was the first time I used screen caps to make a mini-movie icon.

I only got to see the first 50 minutes, so I missed the end. I've taped it so I'll have to go back and watch it soon, but Jenny is finishing her homework so I can't watch it now. Grrr.

Yes, definitely more questions than answers. WOW!

The one thing I learned for sure in this episode is that Hurley is the male equivalent of me. Large body, messy hair, doesn't rattle easily, picky eater ("Dude, I'm starving...but I'm not THAT hungry!") and sees boredom as the enemy. Dude, I would totally have come up with about a million different party games by the third day.

Two weeks!?!?! *falls on knees* NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Dude! Hurley is such a fabulous character.

Over on the VIP boards at The Fuselage, Jorge keeps insinuating that he has a dark side. Which I think he does. He seems to have two big bees in his bonnet: weight and dead bodies (and blood, too). I can't wait to see where they go with that.

I know, right? Two weeks will kill me!

But I've got an idea. We can have a big brainstorm session on Lost theories next week instead. I'm already mentally compiling a list of unanswered questions that we can mess around with. Such as...

(1) What was Sawyer doing in Australia in the first place?

(2) Why didn't Locke tell anyone that he had seen that Thing in the jungle?

(3) What did Kate really do that makes her want to run all the time?

(4) What did Jack do to his father that drove them apart in the past 2 months?

(5) Does Claire have a backstory?

(6) Who is this Ethan guy who is now Locke's understudy?

And on and on and on, the list goes...

Oh, and I forgot: it has not escaped my attention that Naveen Andrews is a very attractive man. Did I ever mention that?

And it does seem rather odd, doesn't it, that everyone who survived this flight is good-looking. What are the odds of that ever happening??

:P

The did a segment about that very thing on last week's 'Best Week Ever' on VH1. They were making jokes about how all the good-looking people escaped with only cuts and bruises because they must have used the ugly people to break their fall. -snerk-

Must agree with you on Naveen Andrews. Does anyone have better eyes than his? Yum. :p

Yes, it's definitely the eyes. He's got those over Jack and Sawyer hands down. No wonder Danielle wanted to keep him! :)

After all, we only torture the ones we love, right? :D

Come to think of it, I've only just now thought of the parallel between Sayid torturing Nadia, and Danielle torturing Sayid, if they do become romantically linked. You just know the S&M fanfic writers are busily typing their new stories, don't you? Yeesh.

There is rather a lot of drama going on, isn't there? But at least it's not cheesy or I'd be half expecting Ricardo Montalban to come out with Tatoo and welcome them all to Fantasy Island.

How was your trip?

That was a great episode. I'm still not sure I get what crazy woman's story was. Man, a lot of questions there. As for Sayid, of course his romance will be with her. Who else? The only other candidate that he's interacted with to any degree is Kate, and she already has her own triangle. :)

Hurley is rapidly become my favorite character, although I'm pretty partial to Locke, too, with those philospher speeches of his, LOL. Here's my question about him, though... was he unable to walk before he got to the island? He seemed to be in a wheelchair before, then they showed him wiggling his toes on the beach and rising really awkwardly, like he hadn't walked in a long time. Mysteriouser and mysteriouser.

I have no idea what that French woman was talking about. And the disease? Could she have projected that onto her colleagues and her husband? And where's Alex? What happened on the way back from the Black Mountain? And does that have anything to do with the skeletons in the cave? And those quartz and onyx stones Jack found on one of the bodies ( ... )
