Something wasn't sitting well with me from the first time we saw him in this episode when Hurley (should I be calling him Hugo now?) was taking the census. The guy just seemed...off.
And when he 'ran to get Jack' I just KNEW he wasn't going to go and get him.

I never in a million years expected that! I try to stay spoiler free as much as possible - it's more thrilling that way.
But anyways, back on topic, Locke has something to do with it. He has to. He was in the 'dream', and he saw the heart of the island or whatever it was when he was first hunting boar. I have a suspicion that he somehow met up with someone else on the island (perhaps the creepy guy) and found out a little more info than he is letting on.

Elton John shades I dubbed them. :D
Not surprisingly, they looked quite stylish on our bad boy. I just love the fact that he was lounging so casually on the beach. Hee!
