once again, it has been too long since i've written in here. i think i feel a need to write in here whenever i am going through some emotional distress

crying helps. one day at a time. Don't worry about next week, or tomorrow even. Just focus on what you're doing for the day. Then if you find you've made it through the end of the day, you've done good. But you might cry. Alot. all the time even. But some days will be so consumed with things that you may forget for a few hours.. then a few more. Then eventually an entire day. Or half a day. Then two. But that won't be for a while. For now you'll continue thinking of him alot. But you can always change the subject. Just try to think of something else. Then when you calm down a little you can think it through again. I don't know what else to say. Just one day at a time.
