So i had a bunch of various foods today in very small portions.. so i am not going to list them but i stayed under 300! 298 to be exact which is less than i had planned for today. I also burned 342 calories, so, i burned more through exercise than i ate ( Read more... )

I love it when my calories eaten are less than recorded calories burned- not even counting your BMR.
