On roughly September 27, 2008, I started writing my textbook. (I also spent part of that summer drafting the outline for the book, among other things). Today, May 13, 2010, I finally finished my last advisor meeting for that book. Although there will be changes and revisions over the next year, and maybe a little additional content, it is still
