Thanks, I love doing 3-D, carved typed baked goods. My first job at 12 yrs old, I worked for a baker. Like my 2nd father. When I was around 19, I convinced him to do this cake for a retiring architect. It stood about 2 1/2 feet tall, about 5 feet long. It was a city skyline, and we made the windows on the buildings out of melted clear lifesavers, then put lights in a few of them, through the back. It was really cool when you turned the lights on.

Because of that cake, we started doing more 3-D type cakes.

Worked for him until I was 25. Miss him and the job.

I be rambling. It's late and drugy :)

Thanks for the response!

Yeah, I think if she had the funds and someone to share the work load with that she'd want to do it. But unfortunately I doubt she knows anyone around here she wouldn't kill 3 days into starting the venture. ;)

MO sucks. We shall escape one final time .. should be in the next 18 months. I'll keep both of you informed. Right now .. MO is just rain, rain, rain, rain and more rain. It's a conspiracy to keep me off my shiny, red bike. ;)
