This simple exchange kinda sums up my work life; about 99% of our workforce is Hispanic. Mostly from Mexico, a few from Puerto Rico and Guatamala, and most of these people do not speak much (if any)english. This just happened a few minutes ago ( Read more... )

Ya have to know Javier to love him (cough..choke). I'm 5'3" and when I am looking at him I'm looking at his forehead. He probably weighs in at 100 lbs. He has a large nose that has been broken (at least once) cause it doesn't sit straight on his face. He has skinny arms with three LARGE tatoos, two on one arm and one on the other. One of them is a particularly scarry Jesus face, wearing the crown of thorns, one is an Indian motief skull wearing a head dress and feathers and I can't remember the other one, but they are all too big for his skinny arms. He has Popeye arms, small upper arms and larger forearms. He has a wild bunch of black curley hair that needs cutting and a big mustache. To cover up the smell of pot he usually reeks of patchuli, a little is nice, nobody should bathe in the stuff! So believe me when I tell you that the wet t-shirt thing did nothing for my libedo! I may not have had sex in a couple of months, but it is gonna take a lot of illegal drugs for him to look good to me :)
