I'm petitioning for advice. I have an audition next thursday to get into the second semester of acting and I need a 60-ish second contemporary monologue. i would do interpretive dance the whole time. act out each word. for "high and dry", maybe raise your arms up real high and then pretend to pat yourself off with a towel. i really feel like that would move the people. good luck.
