Well, I return the thank you for your complement. But in truth, I seem to have only one real theme in my fanfiction. (and that is that I cannot keep Umi and Clef off one another long eonugh for a g rated fic)

And I still think your bit was cute and creative. Everyone has their own ideas, none of which are better than others. Some are just better written--unlike 2/3 the fics on FFN. And yes, I belive this is my maternal side kicking in, my ego says "Hell Yeah!! You know I rock!!" >.< ^.~

Haha, I guess my earlier comment was a little... juvenile. Who's idea is better is pretty subjective and the right answer seems to be like you said, none is better than the other. Don't get me wrong though ^^, all I was trying to do was express my regards for an experienced writer like y-- *stuffs cookie before more bla bla bla*

WELL, APPARENTLY LJ ATE MY COMMENT. If I can remember what I said..

I LOVE this. It's so in-character and such a good idea. Fuu and Eagle are rather similar in some ways, aren't they? I love seeing characters together that never interact in the actual series and you did it so believably! :D I can really see this happening.

Ferio would get a bit jealous seeing Fuu involved in an intimate game with Eagle, wouldn't he? *^.^*

I read your stories on ffn some time ago and I don't remember anything that would warrant insults... what I remember most was the 30 kisses Clemi one ^_^

I had fun writing the crack!pairings, it was a great challenge. But this week's theme may have just sent me on an Eagle spree ... *sweatdrops* *hides*

Anyways, I finally have gotten around to reading the LJ backlog...

This is a wonderful piece. The characters are spot on, its nuanced, I like the detailed imagery...and chess? Brilliance!
