Summary: Jaejoong stopped dancing.
Jaejoong was a dancer. But his graceful sways were long forgotten.
It has been years since he last danced with his heart. Along with his heart, it has been years since he fell in love.
Yunho was a dancer as well. He has been trying to help Jaejoong move on, to dance again.
He just saw Jaejoong dance once when they both met in a competition. He was mesmerized by Jaejoong's flawless movements, his grace reached Yunho's heart. With that, Yunho decided that he was in love.
He wanted to join Jaejoong's team quickly, but he couldn't leave his team that easily. He waited and waited but when he finally joined the team bad news welcomed him.
Jaejoong stopped dancing.
Yunho didn't give up. He danced with Jaejoong's team no matter what. It was like he replaced Jaejoong's position.
But, Jaejoong was still there. He just stopped dancing. He watched all rehearsals and competitions.
From time to time, Yunho tried to persuade Jaejoong into dancing again. But he always failed. Jaejoong always refused him with a warm smile and a gentle 'no'
Everytime Yunho danced, he made sure that Jaejoong was watching him. He danced with great beauty. He wanted to impress Jaejoong and lure him into dancing again.
Months passed and Yunho started to cling on Jaejoong. He just couldn't leave him alone. He could see through Jaejoong's melancholic eyes. He knew something happened to why Jaejoong stopped dancing.
Yunho asked around and found out the heartbreaking story of Jaejoong and his once-trusted partner. Jaejoong gave his all to his last partner but was returned with great damage. His trust was torn into pieces, his heart crushed a thousand times. He understood the depression of the crestfallen boy.
He wanted to cling on Jaejoong more-help him see new sweet promises, experience genuine care and feel passionate kisses.
He cared for Jaejoong as if he was his own lover. He tried giving hints that he wanted Jaejoong to open his heart for him. But, Jaejoong never did.
Jaejoong was afraid. He was scared to fall in love again, to be broken once again. He didn't want to commit the same mistake. He covered his recovering heart by ignoring the mild confessions of the others. He was just protecting himself. One more mistake and he might never recover again.
There were a few who wanted to claim Jaejoong as theirs. Yunho knew it all so he did his best to be the one claiming victory. He felt that they were close and somehow became special for Jaejoong. But, every time he wanted to confess, Jaejoong managed to always avoid it.

He was left with Jaejoong in the studio like always. He always walked Jaejoong home. But that night, he wanted to make a difference from the usual.
He approached Jaejoong and turned him to look at his eyes. He collected his courage and finally let it all out as he firmly held Jaejoong by his shoulders.

"I know something happened in the past. But I want to heal you. I want to erase your fear. I want you to forget everything your ex did. I want you to trust again. Let me help you. At least give me a chance"
Yunho noticed the forming tears in Jaejoong's eyes and loosened his hold. It was the last thing he wanted to see -- Jaejoong crying.
Before Jaejoong could let his tears fall, it started to rain.
Jaejoong ran out as he heard the continuous pouring rain as if he was waiting for it all along.
It was cold but Jaejoong didn't care. He loved how the rain touched his fragile form giving him shivers. It felt that he was free. It was like all worries were washed away from his being. He closed his eyes as he wanted to feel the rain more with his crystal tears twisting with it
"Jaejoong" Yunho called out as he ran after Jaejoong
Jaejoong opened his eyes as he turned around to look for the owner of the familiar voice
"Yunho....." Jaejoong felt a wind of bliss as he looked at Yunho's worried eyes.
Those gentle eyes, he thought that maybe he could trust and depend on. It was a lot different from the one he used to love but left him broken. He could see himself being happy through those sincere eyes.
Yunho stopped as the pouring rain touched their skin and Jaejoong spoke again, this time with a smile...
