Jung Yunho. He was one of those typical Korean men who always followed their parents. He never had the heart to protest nor to complain every time his parents told him to do something even if he didn’t really like doing it. True enough, he was sent abroad to further his studies, hence, he left his lonely lover all alone.
It took him 7 long years to come back to his motherland. A lot had changed since he never visited once during those years and he felt like a lost foreigner. When he reached home he was proud of what he had achieved and was ready to brag his success.
There was a party for him thrown by his friends and family and he was happy and excited when he saw the cars parked outside their house. He went in and was greeted by his happy family with his friends waiting for him in the living room.
He walked to living room, leaving his luggage to their maid. He saw his dear friends whom he missed so much, but, his eyes were searching for a certain someone. But, that someone had a girl wrapped in his arms.
His mood had a drastic change and thought that he should had believed the news his closest friend told him when he called 2 years ago. He never thought that it was true and took it as a bad joke and forgot all about it, but, it looked like he made a mistake.

He walked straight to that certain man, wanting to confirm everything but he was also afraid of what he might hear.
“Jaejoong” Yunho called out as he smiled at him and bowed slightly to the girl when they greeted him back
“Hi, Yunho. Welcome back! Let me introduce you to my wife. This is YeoJu”
“Nice to meet you” Yunho forced a smile when the lady beside the man who held his heart smiled at him and excused himself to greet the others though it was just an excuse to leave them

It was already a month since Yunho went back from abroad and just stayed in their house. His energy was drained as soon as he heard the word ‘wife’ from the man he used to go out with.
Yunho decided that he should move on and accept the hurtful truth that the love of his life already had a family. But, there was one last thing he wanted to do.
“Jaejoong, it’s Yunho. Can I ask you a favor?” He called Jaejoong right after he took a shower and picked his best outfit.
“What is it?”
“Spend the day with me today”

Yunho purposely brought Jaejoong to the places where they used to date before, Jaejoong noticed but didn’t say anything.
They went to the amusement park, watched a movie and ate in a restaurant. They were walking in the park after eating and they were both quiet.
“I’ll take this as our last date” Yunho broke the silence, eyes still focused on the path they were walking at.
“Yunho…..”
“Don’t worry. I’ll keep it to myself and never let anyone know. I won’t tell anyone that this is a date. Just for me, I’ll think that this is our last date” Yunho stopped walking and looked up at the sky, the stars reminding him that they used to star-gaze before.
“I’m sorry”
“No need to apologize. You didn’t do anything wrong” Yunho turned to his right to look at Jaejoong and forced a small smile
“Thanks”
“It’s getting late. Your wife might worry. You want me to drive you home?”
“No, it’s okay”
“Alright. Thanks for today. Congratulations by the way. I wasn’t able to congratulate you during the party. Have happy life” Yunho was smiling but his eyes were telling otherwise
“Thanks again. I’ll go now. Take care”
“You, too. Take care” He watched Jaejoong walked away and slowly disappeared from his vision while he forced out a smile
