After the incident of that living cake, I've decided to read a little bit about magic. I looked in the library with Brother and ultimately chose to buy some Beginner books, so I'll have the basics at my disposal.
I don't think that Brother is really interested in learning about magic... It's still nice to have someone to keep me company while I study.
My biggest problem with magic is that it's hard for me to keep track of things. With alchemy, the scientific equations help keep me focused on what I'm doing... there's not much science with magic. I wonder if that's the reason Brother's disinterested.

Cookie's not really too happy with our new apartment... I know it has all of our things in it, but Cookie still looks nervous. I guess since it's new, it doesn't smell like it used to. Has anyone else with a pet noticed anything weird like this?

Brother remembered something about "Truth" recently. I feel like I should know mroe about it than I do... After Brother remembered, he could do alchemy without drawing a transmutation array. From what I've remembered, I've never been able to perform alchemy like that. Brother must really be a genius to do it. I'll have to be sure to work extra hard to stay close to his level.
Brother said something abotu seeing "Truth" when he lost his limbs. I wonder if it has anything to do with when I lost my human body.
Maybe some of our questions will be answered before too long.))
