Oh my, that was a killer chapter. Sam is in a bad, bad place--physically and mentally--and there's no easy way out.

Oh wow! I am truly scared for Sam. I had butterflies reading that chapter. The thought of Sam being so threatened and all alone (whaaaaa) and poor Dean unable to be there (physically) for him must be so, so painful.

Argh... can't wait to see what happens.
