I got to go home for Easter after all. Spent the 24 hours away from here either on the road or with family. Not too exciting, but it was away from here, so that's a plus. Last week was hell-week. And today starts another. April 29th - will you ever be here?

Will and I left my house yesterday to drive back down to school and we witnessed the suburban in front of us hit a cat and keep driving. We stopped to see if the cat was ok, and we tried to get in touch with animal control or a vet's office to put it out of its misery. Bad news:
The three other student workers and I in Human Resources are getting laid-off tomorrow. Joy. There goes my only source of income. Way to overspend CNU. I love this school.

Good news:
My step-sister, Erin, is in the hospital right now having a baby!! I'm going to be an AUNT!!
