The Avengers: genderswap recast
I have no shame
After I should wear the armor, and you the gown: Big Damn Game of Thrones genderswap recast I kinda wanted to make another one. So I blame my current obsession with the Avengers.
So first was Cap, then Thor - easy choices, really (and I always wanted she-Cap to have short hair). Then my favourite Leverage duo for Tasha and Clint. Tony was, as usual, a pain in the ass. A choice for Fury was obvious. Then the rest happened. I still think Rhodey is little too young and it's almost impossible to find a picture of Stark Sands where he doesn't look like five years old.
I painted Illyria green and I regret nothing.
About Natasha, or Nikolai. I thought it would be weird if his codename was still Black Widow, so I changed it for Redback. A Redback Spider is an australian cousin of Black Widow so everything stays in the family ;)
