Hmmm...Poki looks more made than irritated. The iMac camera is great!

Awww, so nice of you to make Ryan socks. Is it cold in Baltimore now? The yarn looks very nice too. I love the color. So Ryan will be wearing brown-eyed girl socks. I don't know how he would feel about that. Since he is getting good with his eyes, maybe you should ask him first, ha ha.

ha, no it's definitely not cold here. It's super humid! I thought I'd make them first and show him how manly they are. Maybe the name of the yarn won't even come up in discussion. haha!

I like your light-green top, Emily. :) It's really pretty. And the yarn you're holding - it almost looks like a bunch of skinny twigs wrapped around each other. I'm sure they will make nice, woodsy-looking socks. :D

Thank you Kat! I love it too! I just got it at the CK outlet store and it's a new favorite. I like your description of the yarn. It's like a little nest.

Poor Poki...still adjusting to the new time zone?

I love your new yarn! I'm still getting my feet wet so to speak. Bought both knitting and a couple of crochet needles. Made some tshirt yarn! Now if I could move on to doing something with my stuff! ~rowena~

yeah, she hasn't quite got the hang of things here. Everything is so strange and new that she's barking alot more than ever. We're looking forward to moving into our house...

Wow, t-shirt yarn! For a rug? That sounds like fun! When you finish some of them, I hope you post about it!
