Mr. Novak, my name is Lindsey Stabryla and I was one of the Seniors at the Retreat this year. I just wanted to thank you for making it an awesome Retreat. At the beginning, I was so anti-KAIROS. Ask pretty much any of the leaders - they'll tell you. Once I decided to open up, I ended up getting more out of it. I didn't really open up until the 3rd day, during the Eucharistic prayer. Pam was my leader and she had told us that we could either say something or we didn't have to. She told us that God listens to us, whether or not we actually say words to Him.

Your speech was amazing. You're such an awesome speaker and you're so inspirational. You have helped me get my faith back somewhat. It's not all there yet, but I'm trying.

Matt is really lucky to have you in his life. You have such a great relationship with him, and that's wonderful. He's a good kid. You're bringing him up right. :)

Once again, thank you for everything. I am glad I ended up going. I don't think I would have changed for the better if I wasn't there. And I did.
