Quite yummy and you can adjust the amounts and ingredients to your taste. I don't measure the W sauce or the ketchup either. I was guessing at the amounts.
I've read of putting corn, peas, green beans or other things that don't have to cook all day in for the last hour or so. I've not tried it, but if you're leaving out the carrots it'd be another way to boost the nutrition.

Yes, I've love to have a family night sometime. I'll even make the stew again.
