Applesauce-Oatmeal-Raisin cookies

I put this recipe over in the Cooking community, but I wanted to share it here too.  These cookies are from my childhood and the recipe came from my Mom.  I haven't made these cookies in years, but this afternoon when I bit into one I immediately was about 8 again.  I halved the recipe and used a small (teaspoon-sized) scoop and got about 3 1/2
