yesterday was a pretty good day I mostly just layed around and then the lovely Robyn came and visited and she broght me pretty flowers (which are now on top of my TV) we sat and talked for a while it was nice to see someone other than my family. they are kind of ugly. today was a not so good day I felt dizzy all day and slept through most of it
