I always do such odd shopping...today I came home with a five-pack of ankle socks, and two pineapples. Managed to carve one pineapple up quite well with a knife, but it wasn't as easy as they make it look in Thailand...still tasty but ( Read more... )

Thanks :D I'm rubbish at photography, but it was one of those blessed days where every time I pointed my camera at something beautiful and clicked...the beauty actually showed in the pictures. I never thought I'd acheive that!!

Heheh, I actually have a myspace...but I never use it. They're so, I dunno, superficial? Like, it's all about the little pictures of yourself and dropping people glib, badly spelled comments instead of considered writing or real interaction. Heh, LIVEJOURNAL SNOB AHOY!

Big big loves to ya, traveller! Are you still in Melbourne?

I'm fine, m'dear--just very cooooooooooold here now--maybe even snow flurries over the weekend.

Just had some yummy tomato soup and a cheese sandwich for supper--now to piano practice and then a quick run (shiver) to the grocery store.

School started yesterday--my last class before my final project and graduation!

Take good care of you and your handsome man--love you. :)

Ooh V, nearly finished your course...will you be sad at all when it's over?

And the handsome man has a mild bout of food poisoning, so I'm literally looking after him!!

Love you too :)

Yay Damo!

It'll be good to be at uni and be finally able to say 'yeah, I've travelled' all nonchalant like, eh? Especially since you didn't do it UWA style - ie throwing up in nightclubs around the world, whilst flashing your daddy's credit card :D

nonchalance is frustratingly beyond me at this time (usually ruined by me tripping over something, or similar), but yay all the same. poodled around the campus day before yesterday, and received my offer from tisc today.

"Totally MySpace" :)

Nice photographs, by the way. Autumn is my favourite time of year too. Having said that, I like the stillness of winter. Everything seems so crisp and almost fresh.

Hmm...an English autumn is more instantly likeable when you experience it for the first time - like the mysterious but friendly guy at a party who takes an interest in your childhood. Winter, on the other hand, is more the dark and brooding guy in the corner who eats all the crisps and glares at you when you try to strike up conversation. Takes more getting used to :D
