Matinee! I loved that movie as a kid. Although it creeped me out big time.

Yay! Another Matinee fan! Yeah, I can see that parts of it would be creepy, especially to a kid. It's got a lot of hope and love in it, and for someone my age who actually remembers that time period and the movies it's a tribute to, it's just love in general.
