Cool! I thought she did a great job, but I am biased. ;)

I just watched the video. Your sister is so very well-spoken!

I will have to look for the book when it hits my local library.

Thank you! She is very good, IMO. But then I keep having to admit I am biased. She does have experience doing presentations from her analyst days.

The Dallas library has it both in hardback and audio form, but they are all checked out now, so it's possible your library already has it. I could lend you my copy if the don't and it's going to be ages before they do.

Wow! What an accomplishment! It sounds like a very interesting book, too. I'll keep an eye out for it :)

I know! I am so proud of her! There are many years of hard work researching and writing in this book and it is very interesting. You'll be glad you kept an eye out for it. I think Amazon.com has the best price right now, even with shipping, but it might be better at local bookstores.

Thank you for the link! It does have a lot of the good stories from the book. And I love the slashiness at the end!

I've seen her all over, and keep thinking, "I know her sister! She's so cool!"

Frankly, the suckitude of the news the past couple weeks has made your family a *mint*. The book would have gotten a lot of play anyway, but now it's going platinum. You must be explosive with pride.

Hee! She is everywhere these days!

I think the economic meltdown has been a mixed blessing. It's certainly made the book timely, but it's also got people distracted and possibly not wanting to spend money. I haven't had a chance to ask A about it, though, so I don't really know what I'm talking about. It probably does help that Buffett's two big purchases this week (Goldman Sachs and GE) have been all over the news.

Her first book signing is tonight, in NYC. I wish could be there instead of worrying about the debate.
