Tomorrow is the last day of early voting in Texas. If you are a Texan please go vote tomorrow. If you know Texans, please encourage them to go vote tomorrow. The lines may look long, but the folks staffing the early voting locations are doing a great job at keeping them moving. So please, give yourself a treat for Halloween and VOTE

Dude, okay, I am a reasonably intelligent person but I didn't know we could vote early in Texas.

Edited to add: I went to the website and reread everything, and man, yes. Early voting. I will so be there tomorrow.

It isn't publicized nearly enough, but anyone can vote early in Texas, no questions asked. And it is so much faster and easier than waiting in the huge lines on election day. (I voted last Friday and it was super easy and took less than 30 minutes.) But tomorrow is the last day to vote early. I'll be glad to help you find an early voting place if you can tell me which county you're in. (I'm thinking Bexar, but I may be misremembering).

ETA: I just looked at the Bexar County elections site and I see why you're confused. They explain there are two ways to vote early, in person and by mail, but only explain the requirements for by mail voting, which are the ones you listed in your comment.
