Fellow Americans, I am posting tonight to give you the one final, urgent reason you must vote tomorrow:

No matter which party you belong to, or if you're a independent, or who you support, if you do not vote tomorrow, zombies will claw their way up through your bedroom floor. They will drop rotting flesh on your carpet and bedspread, kick your ( Read more... )

Vote, you say?
My god, is election day tomorrow?
Already???
And I was so looking forward to another two or three months of political ads.
NOT.
I'll be there with bells on.
First thing in the morning.
I *promise*.

I'm *all* about stopping the zombies!
Particularly when they're roaming about in hordes...

Should we try to get the zombies to vote too? Or wouldn't we like who they'd vote for?

Well, if you vote it shouldn't be a problem, because they won't rise up. But I think most of them probably are not registered to vote. There are some states that have same-day registering and voting, right? So I guess that if they have the right ID and can prove that they are undead, it might be legal for zombies to vote. I probably wouldn't like who they would vote for, but I am trying to be nonpartisan in this post, so I guess we have to let them vote regardless of who they're voting for, and probably give them the Starbucks coffee if they do.

I would think that the paperwork declaring them dead would probably outweigh the registration paperwork.*

*Everywhere except Chicago, that is.

*nod* I figured that might be a problem (everywhere but Chicago, and probably Texas -- LBJ managed it here, didn't he?) but, it might be possible for a few of them to convince tired poll workers that they are actually undead rather than dead and possibly re-register. But frankly, I think they'll be so busy creating petty annoyance and discord that they won't have time to vote.

Now I am really showing bias! There is no Ben & Jerrys in Dallas proper, so I forgot to post them. Bad me! I'll add the link. I should add Krispy Kreme as well. They are right up the street from me.
