Is it cool if I've basically already cast you and Lily? And did so at Festival dead dog last spring? :-D

Cracks in the Orb is an awesome game. So are Crown of Hearts and Mirror. But those games (actually Mirror a bit less than the others) kind of scream at you, "This is a high-concept, high-production value game." They have yay long character sheets, a lot of Stuff To Do, strong romantic plots, etc. A Single Silver Coin is as good, except it does so in a much lower-key setting - the character sheets are fairly short, and the mechanics can basically be written on the back of a matchbox; it stands purely on the interpersonal element. And it does that extremely well. In my run every single one of the players cried during the game.
We're going to be under a lot of pressure to live up to these games' standards with Bad Apples. Current list of registered players: you, wired-lizard, laura47, two associates of laura47's who I don't know the LiveJournal handle of. Some of the strongest interpersonal LARP writers, basically.
