The Jazz Age Lawn Party on Governor's Island is now a biannual event. I attended the August Lawn Party, where I met mystressprynne, exfish, thatjazz, and other NYC vintage lifestylers and steampunks. Oh, thank you, you are so kind! Of course I got all sunburned, again - when will I learn to bring a parasol! But I did luck out with very flattering photographs by mystressprynne, you can't really see my manly arms too much but in some other photographs, I was wishing I could go back in time and tell myself to not do so many pushups! Thankfully you can't really see that here.
