I think I have a problem

I keep getting these really bad headaches, and my throat tightens up (like, you know the feeling when you wear your retainers and there is not a lot of room in your mouth for your tongue, and the back of your tongue in your throat feels all tight). I have had them for at least a week. I don't know what I should do about it...
