The women in Antigone appear to have more respect for their relatives than the men. Antigone, the main example, wants to bury her brother because it is the proper thing to do, no matter what the king may tell her. Many pieces we have read this semester have had a feminist viewpoint. A important factor to consider is how the characters view right from wrong. One must always choose what is right for life to go smoothly. The king has the most power and control and people must submit to his authority.

Well i dont know. Sometimes choosing the right way is still to make you look bad, and make thigs difficult for you.

Oh, forgot to say that, yes even though he does have "power". How can earthly power ever really meet that of divine. :)
