Where do you think you'll be in ten years? I have no idea. Really questions like that just tend to make me want to go like
because most people expect you to have some sort of plan.
Maybe I'll have a book or two published. Already have poems and short stories. I'm sure I'll be fairly established in some circuits in the art world...probably just locally until I move. Got my sights on NYC when I can afford it, and stay up there long enough to get enough studio support to make this film set here. Although who knows? When I get there, I may not want to come back, then again, I may decide it isn't for me...I don't know. Never been. Don't know what to expect. That's the fun.
What are your special talents? Writing, typing insanely fast, deducing a something's entire life history in one meeting -- it's all about attention to detail!!!, evoking emotional reactions from people...
If you could change one thing about your personality, would you? What would it be? My crippling inability to take heed subtleties in others when they are giving me a window of opportunity but not in any overt or direct way. Had to deal with that sort growing up with my dad and all it taught me was that people who come to you in such a sly way aren't really interested in you or your future at all. Unfortunately this is just the way some people are and I guess not all of them would be necessarily out to harm me and leave me with nothing. I wish I could convince my body to believe this too.
Who or what inspires you? My mom, some of my teachers and professors, Lauren Faust, Virginia Woolfe, Julie Taymor, Misha Collins, Trey Parker, Chuck Palahniuk, Martha Jane Cannary, Rod Serling, Mark Zuckerberg, Lord Byron, Lady Caroline Lamb, Anne Bonny, President Obama, friends, brave individuals with a social conscience...
If you could make one wish... what would it be? For my dreams to come true? Okay, narrowing it down...
Dear God, send me actors and people who don't back out at the last minute after months of planning and pre-production. Or don't let me run anyone off. I don't know if it was my fault or not. They claim it wasn't. Others confirm it. I still feel responsible. How? *shrug* IDK, that's just who I am.
Magic: My Little Pony
Why do you like My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic? Adorable, cute, fairly innocent in an age that likes to make cartoons edgier and edgier (WTF Adventure Time is not a kid's show!!!), although crosses age and gender differences very successfully. Which is important in an industry that tends to prefer to cater certain shows to one socially construct over the other.

Which episode is your favorite? Why?
Oh god...um...wow...it's so "slice of life" it's hard to pin-point...Best Night Ever, I think. I love when expectations are completely blown away by reality. That's the problem with expectations. Or The Return of Harmony Part 1 and 2, because I like stories that take your characters to dark places for them to overcome through working together and playing on each other's strengths, and the weaknesses of their enemy. And of course the whole element arc is introduced, which builds on the "joy of female power, having it, using it, sharing it" theme that I think show does a good job portraying for kids.
Which Element of Harmony are you? (This will not affect your final vote, but you can choose not to answer) Loyalty, Kindness, Honesty...I really don't know. Harmony and I aren't on really good terms.
