YAY!!! Almost time for the New Year! And it is time for Day Seven!!

So...some background. I literally started this in 2008. I know, right? What can I say...I got blocked for a really long time. :(

But...I finally finished the Snippets for Sacrifice. :D This is one of my favorite types of BSG fic to write and I hate that it's taken me so long to get

Oh I loved the changes here...would have liked to have seen this on the show - Dee was smart here unlike the dumbass she was on the show LOL. This makes me miss BSG *sigh*

Honestly, Dee never struck me as dumb, but I can't blame peeps for disliking her...especially considering my deeply intense, and abiding, loathing for Shiny Sam. I truly wish neither had been thrown in with pilots. *sigh*

And I'm with you...I miss my show. :)

I love the idea that Kara came to clear her head and figure things out. Dee forcing Lee to go find her is wonderful. Lee telling her that he's the one who stays just makes my heart happy. Kara just needed to know she could trust him to not be like all the rest.

And totally hot.

And being interrupted by the hostage situation... awesome!

*does a happy dance* I'm so excited everything worked!! Stupidly, the hostage situation came to me very late in the writing process. I just could NOT figure out how to end the fic. LOL. Such a simple solution. *shakes head*
