SO, THERES A NOISE SHOW AT UT. ALL WEEK LONG. THREE TIMES A DAY. EACH PERFORMANCE IS AN HOUR. IM WRITNG IN CAPS BECAUSE I CANT HEAR MYSELF WRITE. its actually maintenance blasting all of the steam vents at the cooling stations. it sounds like hundreds of jet engines. someone got a reading of 115dB outside of my building and 170 dB closer to
