Snagged the hippos, cow w/violin, & 20, 24, 27 & 33 as I love the vintage images. And though I did not snag, it's scary that I recognized (and like!) the Cherry Ames (student nurse & flight attendant - from the 50s!!!) images. And Trixie Belden is ringing the tiniest bell. Okay this IS getting scary. They were clearly "chick lit" for the 1950s, yet still in school libraries in the 1970s and 80s. Very, very cool icons. Bravo & thanks for sharing!

Some of those icons were from books earlier than the 1950s. I think the Ethel Morton book was from the 1910s or 20s.

Glad you liked them. :) I keep meaning to make more vintage series icons - I just need to unbury my scanner first.
