i'm not a computer person, but i use my hotmail account. msn has a personal/community page where you can leave messages, or post a photo album. i post a pic there and copy/paste the http thing to my journal using the lj codes found in the have a question section. like this i'm not advanced enough to do it like motdujour hope this can get you started
