Indeed; to paraphrase many others, our constitution is a statement in which the people tell the government what to do, not the other way around.

Trans Fat I would be all for IF it made stuff taste better. But its my understanding its just food distributors trying to maximize thier profit margins.

I don't trust our government to take stuff away from us just because it is "bad" for us...cause I don't trust em to stop.

Now if they were trying to take away tamales made with lard...or saying we couldn't have decent tasting french fries at all. They would have a fight on thier hands....a fight with a gasping, wheezing out of shape 300 pounder but a fight none the less.

Also food for thought for the clean living, if the government is gonna take away my God given right to poison myself with quintuple cheeseburgers cause they are too dangerous. They sure aren't gonna let ya'll mix it up in a fighting ring. You might get hurt after all.

I just don't get why people f'in care! Most people don't even know if the restaurant they eat in has transfat in the food! Jeez!
