Well after going through many layers (And good but wrong numbers... A story in itself) Kia has decided that my situation was a "grey area" and have decided to repair my car under the factory warranty.

Parts are on order and should be in on Wednesday so hopefully this weekend my car will once again be 100% legal.

So, apparently even though the exhaust on my car is exactly as I bought it from the dealer, because the resonator was installed by the dealership it is only covered by a 12 month warranty. So I finally broke down and bought the kitties a cat tower thingy... So far they love it. I've set it up next to the couch (As that's where "we" spend the most time) and Yoko promptly sniffed, bit/scratched, climbed, engaged in in epic battle with Riko and slept on it (Note some activities were done more than once).
