I have had two really good nights sleep.
I have had Blue Oatmeal (the reason say use dried instead of frozen berries;)
I have begun my first cup of coffee and although still groggy its going to be a grand day.

He is quite impressive, I shall sit with my camera and see if he returns today.
Yesterday he sat on the balcony railing watching me and scolding me for several minutes.

One crow for sorrow,
Two crows for joy,
Three crows for a girl,
Four for a boy,
Five crows for silver,
Six crows for gold,
Seven crows for a secret never to be told.

What is with the no sleeping thing?
Going to sleep at 2 does NOT mean I should wake up at 6.
I hurt all over, sigh, I'm gonna go yell at the coffee maker and toaster and see if caffeine and toast help. Just rain already so my head feels better. GRUMBLE!

5 hours is not enough sleep for me, but here I am awake if a bit groggy and ill prepared for the day. I wish I could sleep. I can remember nights when my head hit the pillow and that was it out, dreams and then awake. Feeling rested and refreshed on 7 hours ready to tackle anything. I am so groggy, I need coffee but every time I make coffee like this I forget something (usually water) I make air coffee, not as good and way to quiet. OK gonna go fiddle with the beast!
