And THEN your report card will look like mine first semester last year.... GOD FORBID. PS I am going to hell as just cancelled appt. with french prof for today (10:30 am appt, it is now 7:30) because my paper simply isn't ready. I hope he doesn't live really far away/has other appointments today/ checks his email before he leaves for work, else I will feel REALLY much more guilty than I already do. Planned on getting up at seven this morning at least get some of the body done, but woke up and could not think in french, which is problem. C'est une probleme.
please note that at amherst grade inflation is so bad that b- is like "FAILURE." at least in the humanities. so i feel stupid stupid stupid even when i get these grades in my science classes (which aren't curved so much). because i then talk to all my humanities major friends who are like "a- a- a- a- yes, just another average semester."
