That grandparents thing

My grandparents used to carefully note Jews in the news, especially culture and science news. I don't, or quite rarely (Wonder Woman is the only exception I can think of). But I do know Melissa Johns and Nadia Albina (that woman is just incredible, seriously) and Angel Giuffria (and many others, including males and non-actors) and have opinions

What were their opinions? I find myself wondering from time to time if someone is a member of the tribe. Jamie Tarsus who just died was one I wondered about. Yep. I'm almost always right when I look. I don't have an opinion about this, just feel satisfied that I guessed right. If anything, there's a bit of pride that someone so talented came from my subculture.

Depends on what the people were doing, along the "good for the Jews/bad for the Jews" spectrum. With, definitely, that bit of pride.
