I HAVE A JOB!!!!

I am officially a Chocolate Specialist at the Lindt Chocolate store at the Mall of America. Its a part time job, but its a job all the same. And there's always room to move up both in amount of time worked, and position held.

I dont suppose anyone is up for clothes shopping with me on Sunday afternoon? I need good, black shoes that ( Read more... )

see, here's the thing. I need these things, but I dont really have a budget for them. I talked with my mom about it and we're thinking Target sounds like a good place to find all of these things without blowing a hole in my budget. If you want to come along I think that'd be cool, I just dont know if we'd be at Targhetto on Lake St. or the one out by her in Crystal. I'll let you know asap what happens! See ya tomorrow! :)

You are on a budget? Well, me too! Therefore, let me tell you about Savers.

Savers is wonderful. Maybe you already know that.

I get almost EVERYTHING I wear from there. I went on a shopping spree last week, and decided to stalk up on clothes for the year. Here is a list of stuff I got for a total of $122:

3 pairs of *very nice* boots
1 pair of nice, almost new shoes
2 nice blouses
2 short skirts
3 pairs of jeans
2 T-shirts

If you're up for a trip to Savers, I'm so there. :)

Awesome! Congrats on the job! Oh and I agree that Savers rules. You should definitely check there for what you need.

Thanks. I'm so excited. I am, however, kinda sad that I am so lactose intolerant cause that means I wont be able to enjoy as much of the chocolate I'll have around me as much. ;)

actually, I've talked with my mom and it sounds like she really wants to go with me to find clothes. She's so excited that I have a real job that isnt at the bakery. but I'm sure I'll have a need to go shopping later when I know more of what I can get away with there. ;)
