vball means everything to me, and when we dont even have a 'team' its kinda hard. every1 agrues on the court, and our talks dont work because actions dont take place.

i think a team meeting like we had last year on freshman is what you guys need. we got a lot out during that meeting, some of if maybe not having to do with volleyball, but i guess it worked. we sat and talked for like an hour that was crazy.
