When driving, I'd been used to tuning into KQED (88.5FM). I'd slowly but surely gotten used to programs (Marketplace, Talk of the Nation and LAAxmi Singh). When I moved to Seattle, the lack of a single NPR station that had all the programs was really annoying.

However, slowly but surely, I'm leaning towards KUOW. Weekday, the program I now listen ( Read more... )

AAAWWWWWRRRR - foul play. There just HAS TO BE some station that plays NPR or your local public radio with NPR components. There MUUUUUSTT be. Anyway, glad you found something that you like.

I will be listening to NPR now, and running, to train for the race this weekend.

Hadn't thought about it, but it's a good point - however, just for being the devil's advocate:
