a week ago today phin and i went out in search of apples to pick. we didn't find any :( colorado just isn't massachusetts - all the apples here grow on the western slope which is far away. we did find some cute farm stands though. this is phin picking out some mini-pumpkins.

Well, I can't pretend to be an expert on the economy, by any means. But I think the bailout is not in the best interest of most people in this country. I'm in a hurry but here's what David Sirota said at the rally:

His intro is a good encapsulation of why I disagree - the government has no money for health care, education, housing etc. but it suddenly has a trillion bucks for the financial sector that has been getting rich off the backs of the poor (he can just say it better than I ever could :)
