I received confirmation this morning that the teaching hospital in Thailand has accepted me to do my elective in Obs & Gynae out there! Yay! Just got a few loose ends to tie up, then I can book my round the world ticket :)

Bored as hell. Zero motivation to revise a subject I love. Not a good sign. God knows how I'll be when it comes to finals.

Hi I messaged you a while ago but maybe you never received it?
Basically I love uk medics community and I'd love to help you get it off the ground, with your permission could I ask some of the larger med school communities on LJ if we could run an advert for medics uk?
So much stuff on LJ is so USA-Centric, hearing about residents and attendings all the time, which is nice but it would be so good to hear about registrars and consultants too. Anyway, up to you.
