That was beautiful madeline. And it fit next to mine. You made the second half of the story, I think. Thank you for reading it. I hope you are doing well and enjoying yourself over there. What are you interested in, my dear? I read this and remembered to ask.

Sorry I missed you while you were in Austin. I'll be sure not to miss you next time.
much love,
karen

My dear! It was me who missed you! I'm sorry about that. I'll actually be home March 1 for Mardi Gras break (Yay home! Yay parades!). Other ways to get a hold of me are: 512-786-6112 or mshelto@tulane.edu I'm not sure that I still have any of your information.

I'm interested in making sick people better! Which is why Chemistry is so important. I want to work on a mercy ship - private free hospitals on ships that go to where the people need the help.

But once you tell people that they're always like "Oh, well...better do well on your MCATS" or "I knew a girl who was premed once. She switched after the first semester of Chemistry". It's just a little sad. But I love talking with my friend Annie's parents, who are both doctors. They tell me about all of the good stuff that they've seen happen, and they really love the body and what they do. People like you and them make believing in something easy.
