Part of why I like bento (don't have your patience to do it often enough), and sushi, overall, is the attention to detail and presentation.
I love that you link to supplies, etc. on Amazon.com, and I've really enjoyed working with your equipment and supplies lists on your web site. Have you made a "So You'd Like To" guide at Amazon that features your most-regular supplies there? That contains a compilation of the links you've cited in each entry? That'd be a great one-stop-shopping trip for any number of us to be able to cross-reference your equipment-and-supplies pages with shopping at Amazon...
(I've adopted your Chococat-on-rice pic for my userpics, which are all Chococats-- with credit to you, of course! I use him for some of my cooking posts, and all of my "I'll get eaten alive for this" posts.)
I've got a collection of mini-cookie-cutters from Wilton and other sources that I use in baking and pastry-making-- I'm definitely going to be using them more in 'regular' food presentations, too!
Hey! So it was you that suggested I make an Amazon list. :) Although I haven't gotten around to doing the So You'd Like To guide yet, I did make some shopping lists. Thanks for the great suggestion!
