Like with Poland above, I don't know much about Lithuania the actual country, so I'll have to leave out commentary on that. But anyway. Hetalia characters automatically ping her for being both people and places. Nothing new there. On Lithuania himself, he seems more responsive to "this unnatural-looking being that has fishies swarming all around her" and more accepting than some people are (as an example, Poland has proven a little difficult since she's been quite vague and indirect with him), which is nice. Del is generally aware of the people "belonging" to Hetalia characters that also belong to her, so there's that feeling of sharing, yay! When it all boils down, I'd say Lith is someone she might decide to actively seek out for conversation, but for the time being he falls more into the category of "oh look it's ___ I feel like talking to him/her," which is more the way she rolls. She tends not to direct herself intentionally; it's only the really, really, REALLY responsive targets she actively seeks

Fuura is weird and sometimes frustrating, but pleasant. Her having a special nickname for him DESPITE ALL ITS IRONY OR PERHAPS BECAUSE OF SAID IRONY kind of gives him a warm and fuzzy feeling. If you ever check out the serious polls that ask about interpersonal relationships you might have noticed that I tend to mention Bandou's crush on her - it's still there. It's probably not going away, but at this point because of how she is, it's not likely he'd pursue it. He can't really put his finger on it beyond that he's comfortable with things as they are and that's that. And, well, he got to make out with her. One of two times Camp has been sincerely nice to him, the other being just yesterday when Marcy went after Sora. It was so awesome. Bandou and Ikki watched the guy flail around.
