haha make one of them give it to you for half price. :D that makes me laugh. you should call them at like 4 in the morning and leave 13 messages. then, call right when they open and complain they never returned your phone calls. :P

Well, the customer is ALWAYS right. In other words, you can yell at and degrade the employees, and have the confidence that you are right.
