If that's your attempt at a joke, it's not funny. ...and I guess it's like AA meetings or something. They said it also covers other kinds of substance abuse issues, too, besides alcohol, which I again have no problem with.

Well, you are essentially correct about one thing - they cannot force you to speak. Though, sometimes, speaking does help.

Eventually, they reasoned that group meetings were simply not a proper fit for my recovery program, and doubled my individual sessions instead.

Well I don't need sessions of any sort. I don't see why people would even be interested in group stuff...who would want to listen to other people and their boring lives? This is so gunna suck tonight.
